Greetings on behalf of the Board of Directors and Volunteers of the Greater Augusta’s Interfaith Coalition. It is our prayers that you are doing well.
The Greater Augusta’s Interfaith Coalition (GAIC) is a 501c3, nonpartisan, nonpolitical community services organization, serving twenty-three (23) counties since 1998. GAIC performs a myriad of community services to all citizens, and statewide supporting the East Central State Hospital, formally known as Gracewood State School and Hospital. We have kicked off our July-August 2023 Annual Campaign and Capital Campaign to introduce Greater Augusta’s Interfaith Coalition and to seek financial support for the services of carrying out our mission which is to strive for 100% Citizen Participation in the democratic system of informed voting, support for the disabled, care for the earth, and social activism as a community service organization. Some of our services include producing mass operations of feeding the poor, educating voters, voters’ registration, educating citizens about COVID-19 and provide access to essential vaccinations, and encouraging citizen participation in democracy. Please help us by partnering with us and financially donating to both Campaigns Greater Augusta’s Interfaith Coalition. The Annual Campaign is the normal operating and maintenance funds, while the Capital Campaign is for equipment, vehicles, and buildings. Again, we are a nonpartisan, nonpolitical, nonprofit organization that believe that “theology is not about God. It is also about us. We live out of our understanding of who we are in relationship to God, to one another, and to the world.”
Greater Augusta’s Interfaith Coalition exists to help our community to respond to real needs of communities as we live out of the true meaning to care for all people who live and exist in the democracy of the United States of America.
Please feel free to contact us and let us know how you can help!
